Yu Suzuki and PS4 architect Mark Cerny talked Shenmue 3 at GDC

As seen on Meggan Scavio's (General Manager of GDC Events) Twitter feed this is Mark Cerny, lead architect of the PlayStation 4 talking with Yu Suzuki about Shenmue III.

Could this be a sign that the long awaited title is potentially coming to next generation consoles, and specifically the PlayStation 4?

E3 might have that answer.
