Feelings from the The Division Xbox One Alpha (not about gameplay)

I can't give out any details on gameplay. But if you're desperate enough, you'll find leaked gameplay anyway. This post is going to be about my feelings.

The Division is my most anticipated game of 2013... 2014... 2015... sigh... and 2016. Needless to say myself and many many others have been waiting a long time for this game.

While I can't speak to gameplay details, the alpha laid to rest a lot of worries I had about the game as a whole. Given all the delays, Massive isn't resting on their laurels unlike the Watch Dogs devs who basically didn't do a whole lot to ensure a successful, fun experience for fans of the game.

But if you're wondering if there are bugs in this alpha, my answer is there are always bugs in every pre-release alpha for any game. Alphas and betas are used to tease out day one launch issues.

This alpha gave me a lot of confidence for the March 8th release. Will I pre-order? Maybe. Should you pre-order? Nope. I mean, it's Ubisoft we're talking about.
