Hades is the next game from the creators of Bastion, it’s out tonight

The next Supergiant game is out on the Epic Games store

Supergiant Games, the developers of Bastion and Transistor, have announced their newest game, Hades, at The Game Awards in Los Angeles.

The game is described as a “rogue-like dungeon crawler” set in the Underworld, with hand-drawn artwork and fast-paced action. It appears to be more of a traditional action game than Supergiant’s last game, Pyre (which blended basketball with text-based storytelling).

Hades is available for $19.99 on PC on the newly-announced Epic Games store, and is listed as being “early access.” It was also revealed that Hades will be updated with new content post-release.

We’ll have more on Hades once we’ve had a chance to play it.
