After being teased by Geoff Keighley this week, Naraka: Bladepoint was revealed at The Game Awards in Los Angeles tonight. Developed by 24 Entertainment and published by NetEase, Naraka: Bladepoint is described as “unchained multiplayer combat.”

“Where cold steel collides and blood runs dry, Souls BLOSSOM,” Keighley tweeted on Dec. 6 alongside a red flower — presumably made of blood — blooming out of a pile of swords. Ahead of The Game Awards, a Twitter account and website for Naraka: Bladepoint appeared online. “Plethora of weapons coupled with grappling hooks for maneuvering,” 24 Entertainment wrote on its Naraka: Bladepoint website. “Mask of the Ancient God; absorbs blood through endless slaughter. YOU shall set foot in NARAKA.”

In the trailer, there’s a lot of sword fighting. And, of course, blood is a central theme — and has been since before Nakara: Bladepoint’s world premiere. It’s all over the Twitter page: “Bloodlust holds us tight,” 24 Entertainment tweeted on Dec. 9.
