Ori and the Will of the Wisps delayed until March

The stylish platformer is slated to be released on March 11, 2020

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is now slated for a March 11, 2020 launch on Windows PC and Xbox One. But ahead of the release date, developer Moon Studios gave fans another look at the Ori and the Blind Forest follow-up at The Game Awards in Los Angeles.

The game was originally planned for a Feb. 11, 2020 release date.

New footage in The Game Awards 2019 trailer showed off more of Ori and the Will of the Wisps’ stunning gameplay.

We last heard from Moon Studios and publisher Xbox Game Studios at E3 2019 in June, when the developer showed off the refined side-scrolling gameplay and some quality-of-life updates, like a new save system and upgrade tree. Just like Ori and the Blind Forest before it, Ori and the Will of the Wisps looks to be colorful, clever, and stylish.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps was announced at E3 in 2017. When it’s released in March, it’ll be part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program, which will let players access the game on both Windows PC and Xbox One with a single purchase.
