Dark Souls for PC brings new enemies, weapons, areas and more

Details emerge on Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition for the PC.

Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition hits computers on Aug. 24, bringing with it a slew of new content for the rigorous action, role-playing game.

Among the additions fo the game will be new bosses, enemies, weapons, areas, non-player characters and online matchmaking, according to the website.

New bosses coming to the game include the Artorias of Abyss and the Chimera of Tomb. New areas include the Oolacile Tomb and Old Ruins. New enemies include the Abyss Guard and Chained Prisoner.

The game will also come with a PVP online matchmaking system that will quick match players for co-operative and player-versus-player gaming. Oh and there will be new non-player characters like Hawkeye Gough.

The website for the upcoming PC release of the game has some new images, this video and the promise to reveal more as we approach the August release date and the D-Day for lots and lots of smashes monitors.
