QuakeCon 2012 pre-registration begins April 25

QuakeCon registration begins this week.

Online pre-registration for this year's QuakeCon 2012 begins April 25 at 8:00pm EST and premium packages for attendees will become available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

While general admission remains free, the event-holders are offering three packages that fans can purchase for additional perks.

The $40 Swag Pack includes an official QuakeCon 2012 T-shirt, a Dishonored Tallboy T-shirt, and a limited edition poster.

The $30 BYOC Select-a-Seat package includes guaranteed seating in the BYOC area as well as an official QuakeCon 2012 BYOC T-shirt.

The $50 QuakeCon Done Quick package includes guaranteed seating in the BYOC area, limited reserved access seating for all events, panels and presentations, a QuakeCon 2012 T-shirt, as well as fast passes for the duration of the event.

Users can register for the annual event at the official registration website.

QuakeCon will take place at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas on August 2 and run until August 5.
