Rockstar has opened up registration for Social Club Crews, a clan-like system for Max Payne 3, Grand Theft Auto 5, and assumedly, all its games moving forward.

Players in Crews will have access to new channels of XP while playing the online portion of Max Payne 3. They'll also have a unique tag in their display name, and will wear a totally customizable Crew emblem on their character's person, as seen above. Crew founders can create these emblems through the Rockstar Social Club website.

Each player can be a member of up to five Crews at a time. The Social Club site has a list of Crews that are currently hiring new members — if you're planning on picking up Max Payne 3 next week, you might want to start considering which ones you're going to align yourself with.
