South Korean government raids Blizzard's Seoul office over allegations of breaking Korean law.

The South Korean government raided Blizzard's Seoul office this week over allegations the company was breaking Korean law by refusing to accept refunds for the recently released Diablo III.

According to the Korean Times, the South Korean Fair Trade Commission released a statement confirming it retrieved documents and evidence that will determine whether Blizzard violated the country's law on electronic commerce and commercial contracts.

The investigation began earlier in the week, following user complaints over the video game company's refund policy, said to be at odds with a South Korean law that guarantees refunds on all products if the problems not caused by the consumer.
