TERA, the new, action-oriented MMORPG, now offers prospective players a seven-day trial period.
The trial allows users to play on a single server with up to eight different characters, and rank up each of them to level 23. A few additional specific restrictions apply, but those who wish to continue playing — TERA costs $49.99, and subscriptions range from $8.95 to $14.99 per month, depending on the renewal period — can carry over their leveled-up characters. The test period requires an account with publisher En Masse Entertainment, and the code 'TERATRIAL.'
En Masse also threw out some big numbers for the Bluehole Studio-developed MMO, most notably that since its North American launch on May 1st, players are averaging nearly 4.5 hours a day in-game. After checking out the trailer and screenshots below, we might have to join them in The Exiled Realm of Arborea.
