The shuffle of THQ executives continued today with an SEC filing that showed THQ's Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer resigned from her position last week.
Teri Manby, who has been THQ's Chief Accounting Officer since 2010, will remain in her position until July 6, after which Paul Pucino, THQ's Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of Chief Accounting Officer. Within the company, Rose Cunningham, who has served as Senior Director of Financial Reporting will be promoted to Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company.
The past few months have seen many THQ executives come and go as the publisher finds a way to stay afloat amidst a difficult financial period. Last month THQ's Executive Vice President of "Core Games", Danny Bilson, stepped down from his position and Naughty Dog founder Jason Rubin took up the position of President. Their Senior Vice president of "Core Studios", Dave Davis, also left the company.
These changes at an executive level come as THQ's share price continues to flounder on the NASDAQ, with the stock price closing at 67 cents today.
