Fire Emblem 3DS confirmed by Nintendo of America for 2013.
Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime announced today that the new Fire Emblem title would hit the Nintendo 3DS sometime next year.
Reggie didn't specify exactly when in 2013 we'd get the latest entry in Nintendo's turn-based strategy game, known as Fire Emblem: Awakening in Japan, but he did confirm that the North American release will feature downloadable content. Fire Emblem: Awakening features paid DLC in the form of downloadable characters.
Fire Emblem: Awakening was released in Japan in April.
