'Fable: The Journey' set for October release with new gameplay trailer

Fable: The Journey is scheduled to release October 9 in North America according to a new gameplay trailer shown during Microsoft's E3 press conference today.

European fans can expect to see the game October 12.

The footage from the upcoming Kinect game offers a look at in-game combat against skeletal enemies and werewolves as well as a number of spells available, including fire blasts and a lasso-like ability.
