Peter Molyneux unveils first game with new studio 22 Cans, titled Curiosity. The game will release on PC and iOS.

Peter Molyneux today revealed his first game with new studio 22 Cans, titled Curiosity.

Curiosity focuses on the act of breaking cubes into smaller blocks, and breaking those blocks into smaller pieces. The game will release on iOS and PC within the next six weeks.

"You're presented with this white room. In the middle of the white room is a black cube," he said to GameTrailers. "If you touch on that black cube, you'll zoom into it. This black cube is made up of millions of tiny little cubes. You can tap away at that cube.

"As you're doing that, these words will come up: 'Curiosity, what is inside the black cube?' That's when you realize it's not just you tapping away at that black cube, it's the whole world. The whole world is tapping away is revealing layers of this cube. One person in the world will find out what's inside. What is inside is so unbelievably amazing and incredible, we'll have to see if people crack it."

Molyneux added he hoped the studio's first full title would be released within the next three years.

This is the first information made available about the project since studio head stated in May his plans to develop an ongoing project titled 22 Experiments which will be produced digitally until the release of the team's first larger-scale title.

Peter Molyneux left his positing at Lionhead Studios to form 22 Cans in March.
