JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD coming to XBLA and PSN in August.

Capcom announced a high-definition port of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the 2D fighting game based on Hirohiko Araki's manga series and originally released in arcades in 1998, at its World of Capcom panel at Comic-Con today.

The high-def update will feature online play, much like Capcom's other HD fighting game ports. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure was first released on Capcom's CPS-3 arcade hardware — the same platform that powered Street Fighter III — then later ported to PlayStation and Dreamcast.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure HD will be released on PlayStation Network on August 21st and on Xbox Live on August 22nd. The fighting game remake will cost $19.99 or 1600 Microsoft Points, depending on your platform of preference.
