'Mass Effect 3' for Wii U to come with Extended Cut

The Wii U version of Mass Effect 3 will come with the Extended Cut, according to a producer on the Mass Effect series, Michael Gamble.

Speaking to Siliconera, Gamble said that the Extended Cut, which is currently sold as downloadable content and includes additional cinematic sequences and epilogue scenes that expand on the ending of Mass Effect 3, will be packaged with the Wii U game.

"The extended ending is basically going to be part of the game instead. You won't have to download it." Gamble said.

Bioware is releasing additional DLC tomorrow for current owners of Mass Effect 3. The 'Earth' DLC will be available tomorrow as a free download for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.
