Capcom showed off a new trailer for Resident Evil 6 that teases the horror elements of the game at last week's San Diego Comic-Con.

The trailer gives viewers a sneak peek of some of the more grisly scenes in the game — it includes the usual hordes of zombies, headshots, and a particularly gnarly monstrosity.

Resident Evil 6 is out October 2 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and the PC release will follow shortly thereafter.
