'Kingdom Hearts 3D' launch event to be held at Nintendo World New York

Nintendo World New York will celebrate the North American launch of "Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance."

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance will celebrate its North American launch at an event hosted by Nintendo World in New York City, Square Enix announced this morning.

On Saturday, July 28th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Nintendo flagship store in Rockefeller Plaza, fans will have the opportunity to purchase the game three days before its scheduled launch of July 31st. There will also be a limited number of the Mark of Mastery special editions available. The bundle contains the game, a special Kingdom Hearts 10th anniversary protector case, five Dream Eater AR cards, and 12 art cards.

Square Enix also said that fans would have the opportunity to write messages to the Kingdom Hearts development team in Japan.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance released in Japan on March 29th and in Europe today.
