"Darksiders" studio Vigil Games' latest hiring wave wants developers with FPS experience.
Darsiders developer Vigil Games' latest round of hiring is asking for programmers and designers with experience working on first-person shooters.
Senior gameplay programmer and principal designer listings ask for experience working on "one shipped AAA console or PC title (preferably an FPS)," and "an avid FPS gamer with strong interest in pushing the genre forward creatively." The later listing also asks for experience with two shipped AAA titles and "designing fighting and/or action adventure games" for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The THQ-owned developer based in Austin, TX is currently working on Darksiders 2, set to release on August 14th, and sci-fi RPG Warhammer 40,000 Dark Millennium.
