King.com's hugely successful bubble shooting Facebook game, Bubble Witch Saga, launched on all iOS devices today.
The game, which has more than four million daily active users on Facebook, claims to be the first game to have synchronous play on Facebook, mobile, and tablet devices. The game will be free to play and players' leaderboards, scores and progress will fully sync across all platforms.
Bubble Witch Saga is the largest non-Zynga game on Facebook. Its mobile release follows Bubble Mania, another bubble shooter released earlier this month on mobile devices by Storm8.
The CEO of King.com, Riccardo Zaccoi, said: "As consumers and the industry focus more on games for mobile devices, launching a truly cross-platform Facebook game has been a top priority for King.com.
"We're excited to be the pioneers in making this available for our players. Gamers can play signed in or not and progress either way, enabling them to experience the excitement of Bubble Witch Saga whenever and wherever they wish, without losing their place in the game."
An Android version is expect to launch later this year.
