Behind the scenes of the 'Hawken' web series

The folks at Meteor Entertainment sent along to Polygon these two behind the scenes videos for the Hawken web series.

Hawken the game managed to blossom into Hawken the graphic novel, Hawken the feature film and Hawken the web series in record time.

Last week, the full trailer for the Hawken web series hit over on Machinima's YouTube channel. The upcoming series kicks off next year and will be directed by Jeremiah O'Flaherty, former Gears of War art director and upcoming Thundercats director. The Warner Premiere web series is produced by DJ2 Entertainment and stars Edi Gathegi, Gonzalo Menendez, Dameon Clark and Hannah Hall.

The folks at Meteor Entertainment also sent along to Polygon these two behind the scenes videos for the series. All three videos are loaded into the single player as a playlist.

Hawken the game, a free-to-play PC walking-tank action-shooter, is due out on Dec. 12.
