Minecraft is getting a block that allows administrators to assert control in the game's adventure maps, according to a tweet from Jens Bergensten, a Minecraft developer.
So thisblock i.imgur.com/WHpGr.png will be able to run cmds on redstone signals. With proper commands, many things can be scripted

The unnamed block will allow adventure map administrators to script events to the block. Bergensten offered the example of an administrator using the block to gift 500 enchantment points to a single player. He later wrote that because the block is intended for adventure map designers, it's not craftable or intended for normal gameplay.
Bergensten did not offer any indication as to when the block would make its way into Minecraft, which has been ported to PC, Mac, iOS and Android.
