GREE, Mad Catz Interactive and NetDragon Websoft are the newest members of the Entertainment Software Association, bringing the list of computer and video game publishers who are part of the industry association to 34.

The addition of the three companies means the ESA now has one of the world's largest mobile game publishers, GREE, on board, as well as San Diego-based entertainment product provider Mad Catz, and Chinese online and mobile game developer, NetDragon Websoft Inc.

"These new members are leaders in the breathtaking number of business models that exist to excite and reach today's entertainment consumers," said Michael D. Gallagher, president and CEO of ESA. "We look forward to learning from them, and protecting their future success in critical areas such as e-commerce regulation, privacy, and intellectual property protection."

The ESA offers services to its members such as consumer research, providing legal and policy analysis and advocacy, and managing a global anti-piracy program. The ESA also owns and operates the annual industry trade show, E3, and represents the video game industry's interests in state and federal government relations.
