ResidentEvil.net also gives players in-game unlockables and dishes out community challenges where players can win Resident Evil Points. Using the points, which can be earned by completing challenges like killing 10,000 zombies in a set amount of time, for instance, players can purchase vanity items like a mercenary costume, and figurines to set up dioramas of Resident Evil 6 secenes.
The service, which is completely free, also provides players with a story synopsis so that the player can read through the files they've found in the game.
