PlayStation Plus coming to Vita, with increased cloud storage to 1 GB.
Sony's PlayStation Plus subscription service will soon extend its reach to the PlayStation Vita, Sony announced today at Gamescom, with details about Vita-specific perks expected at a later date.
To make room for the Vita, PlayStation Plus subscribers will also see their online cloud storage boosted to 1 GB.
As an added PlayStation Plus perk, Sony announced that Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption will be added to the service's Instant Game Collection in September. A PlayStation rep later confirmed that Red Dead Redemption for PlayStation Plus is "only slated for EU's PS Plus program at this time."
