Ubisoft ran a closed beta for the online shooter earlier this year, and opened it up to the public last week. Ghost Recon Online is still slated for launch later this year, with a Wii U release coming at some point after the PC launch. Check out the game's official website to get in on the action.

In other Ubisoft shooter news, Nadeo's online first-person shooter, ShootMania Storm, will be part of the ninth Electronic Sports World Cup. The competition's international finals will be held in Paris from November 1st–4th. Storm joins another Nadeo title, TrackMania Nations, at the World Cup.
