The idea, the peripheral makers say, is to leverage your phone to create a customizable display that can be used to monitor your PC hardware in real time or create hot keys for the games you play.

We had a chance to meet up with the peripheral maker at Gamescom to get our first look at how the software works in person, including a glimpse of the Counter-Strike GO hotkey set-up.

The Power-Grid hits the App Store later this year.
