Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will bring back the original Black Ops' popular zombie-based multiplayer mode on its Nuketown map, Activision announced today.
After teasing the return of zombies with a bloody photo, the official Call of Duty Twitter account posted the above image today, confirming that Black Ops 2 players will be able to fight the zombie horde in Nuketown. The futuristic Nuketown 2025 map is a pre-order bonus for the game; it is unclear if the zombie mode will be restricted to that map.
Zombies are coming back, but Treyarch is shaking up the rest of its multiplayer offerings for Black Ops 2, revamping the create-a-class options and replacing killstreaks with Score Streaks.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 launches on November 13th on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
