LittleBigPlanet Karting, United Front Games' fusion of kart racing and Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet franchise, will be out exclusively for PlayStation 3 on November 6th, Sony announced today.

The release date reveal came in a new trailer for Karting, a spoof of the ongoing London 2012 Olympics. "This summer," it begins, "the world's greatest athletes will compete in the world's greatest events." The trailer continues, "This fall Sackboy will compete in everything else." The full video, which goes on to present a variety of madcap experiences that could be classified as "racing," is embedded below.

United Front recently concluded nearly three weeks of beta testing, a period during which Karting users shared their inventive custom levels through the game's built-in tools. Once the game launches this November — alongside a little game called Halo 4 — its user-submitted creations will add to the ever-growing number of levels built in LittleBigPlanet titles, which currently stands at 7 million and counting.
