Counter-Strike: Global Offensive pre-orders open on Steam for PC and Mac versions.
The next iteration of Valve's Counter-Strike series is now available for pre-order via Steam. The PC and Mac versions of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will be released on August 21st, but players who pre-order through Steam will get access to the game's beta one week earlier.
CS: GO is priced at $14.99, but pre-purchases knock 10% off that total. Valve is currently selling the Counter-Strike: Complete package, including four games — Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive — for $18.69 until August 9th.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will also be released on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network on August 21st.
