Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 doesn't launch until next week in North America, but publisher Konami announced plans for the first two DLC packs to arrive in October.

According to CVG, the first content pack will feature licensed stadiums for three Spanish clubs — Celta de Vigo, Deportivo de La Coruña, and Real Valladolid — and add uniforms for 37 licensed teams to the game. In addition, the update includes content designed to facilitate online play, such as Communities to help players find friends and compete with them. It will be available early next month for free.

The second piece of DLC is set to launch in mid-October, with a roster update for summer transfers and additional stadiums, UEFA-specific touches, and other updates for teams and online play.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 is set for release on September 25th in North America on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, 3DS, Wii, PlayStation 2, and PSP. We've reached out to Konami to ask if both DLC packs will be free, and will update this post with any information we receive.
