'Rayman Jungle Run' releases one day early, out now for iOS

Rayman Jungle Run releases one day early.

Rayman Jungle Run releases today, despite its previously announced release date of September 20th, Ubisoft confirmed.

The Rayman title is currently available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, and will be available for Android devices starting tomorrow. The title can be purchased for $2.99 on the App Store and will soon be updated with full iPhone 5 optimization.

A Ubisoft representative told Polygon it is unclear why the title was released a day early, stating it is "a bit of a mystery."
