A Mac port and language translations will be among the first of the team's goals.
Torchlight 2 won't launch until later this month, but developer Runic Games already has post-release plans. Joystiq reports that a Mac port and language translations will be among the first of the team's goals.
Runic Games CEO Max Schaefer told Joystiq that the team will also work on patching the game as needed. Completing the content editor is another big priority; fellow developers and users will then be able to create mods and add-ons for the game. A console port is also a possibility for the team, but not a certainty. An Xbox Live port similar to the first game would be "a lot harder this time," Schaefer said.
Torchlight 2 will release September 20th on Steam for PC. It's currently priced at $20. The game will feature online and local co-op, as well as four new character classes.
