'Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn' cadets sound off on what brought them to the battlefield

The newest vignette for web series Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn brings its cadets front and center to sound off on what brought them to the ranks of the United Nations Space Command.

The cadets come from varying backgrounds, with Hastati Squad – featured in the video below – running the full gamut of accents. Brought together to fight insurrectionists, group members waver between being sure of themselves and their duty, and unsure of where their opponents really stand.

"I really don't know what to believe," says one cadet. "That's why I'm in school."

Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn will debut on MachinimaPrime and Halo Waypoint on October 5th and continue up to the release of Halo 4 on November 6th.
