Anno Online detailed by Ubisoft.

Anno Online, the upcoming free-to-play, browser-based massively multiplayer game, will let users customize their cities using over 10,000 available objects, Ubisoft announced today.

The online title, based on the popular PC city-building game Anno 1404, will include co-operative gameplay that allows users to visit other player's cities and help enhance their productivity. Users will be able to work together in guilds to build large-scale monuments, establish trade routes, or join forces and participate in server-wide quests.

In addition, players can create over 200 individual buildings to make up a city of more than 1500 buildings total. Streets are filled with animated people, while every building, ship, and island will feature a high-level of detail.

Anno Online was first announced at this year's Gamescom, and is due out this fall.
