The Borderlands 2 Skill Tree Builder is now live for gamers to plan out their characters.

The Skill Tree Builder for the role-playing first-person shooter, Borderlands 2, is now live for gamers to plan out their characters. Functionality updates will be available next week, Gearbox announced.

Players can access the builder by visiting the character page and selecting Axton, Salvador, Zero, or Maya. Skills are broken down into three different categories. The functionality update will give players direct links to share their builds, a simple "right click" to remove points rather than reset, and sounds from the in-game skill trees.

Borderlands 2 will release on September 18th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
