The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic means that many conventions that were scheduled for this year — San Diego Comic-Con, E3, Tokyo Game Show, and more — have been cancelled and forced to take on other forms. Game developers used to show off demos at these events, but now, they have to adapt. Xbox is bringing its Summer Games Fest Demo Event to the Xbox One, offering players the chance to try out a bunch of game demos from the comfort of home.

ID@Xbox’s Summer Game Fest Demo Event is offering more than 70 game demos for players to download and play between July 21 and 27. Most will be early looks at gameplay, with some of these games still going through a little more development and polishing before actually being released.

Demos are available to play beginning today, and more will be added throughout the week. The titles participating include Destroy All Humans!, Dungeon Scavenger Inferno, Raji: An Ancient Epic, and Skatebird.

Players can access the demos through a special Game Fest Demo tile on the Xbox One Dashboard. Be sure to take advantage of the demos now, as most of them will disappear at the end of the event week.
