Gears 5 Act 3 – Chapter 1: Fighting Chance has five collectibles to find, and in this guide we’ll show you the location of every one (as well as a bunch of Components along the way).

Collectible 1 // Corisku newspaper [Abandoned Airport]
As soon as you gain control, turn around and look for this collectible on the corner at the end of the bar.

Look for a small office attached to the bar. This Component is sitting next to a computer on the desk.

Head downstairs from the bar, and hug the right wall. This Component is sitting on a keyboard behind the reception desk. (You can see it in this guide’s lead image above.)
Collectible 2 // Doomed Empire, by Logan Hobbs [Abandoned Airport]
From the reception desk, head past the metal detectors on your right. This collectible is In the area by the luggage carousels, sitting on the ground between stacks of wooden boxes and a door into another room.
Sitting on a shelf in a room near the luggage carousels, where you can examine a mural and marvel about a time when people went on vacation. The door in is to the left of the Doomed Empire collectible (pictured above). Have Jack retrieve it.
Collectible 3 // Missive to Agent 9 [Abandoned Airport]
Walk through the metal detectors in the lobby, and follow the path past the desk with the computers and into another room. You’ll find this on a desk in the far left corner.
This is in the same room as the collectible above.
To get there, walk through the metal detectors in the lobby, and follow the path past the desk with the computers and into another room. Walk in, turn left, and open the fuse box for these Components.
After you get Jack’s Hijack upgrade, Baird wants you to follow him. Before you do that, go the opposite way, and you’ll find this nearby on the ground.
After you get Jack’s Hijack upgrade, follow Baird to the demonstration. These Components are off to the right of the pit.
After you talk to Baird’s buddy Paduk outside, turn around to face the door that you used to get out here. Follow the wall to your right, and you’ll find this on some crates near ammo.
After you talk to Baird’s buddy Paduk outside, walk behind his tent (heading toward the helicopter). There’s a safe behind his tent. Have Jack open it for a fiver.
Collectible 4 // Nomad’s Creed
From the safe at the back of Paduk’s tent, head toward another tent. It’s off to the left if you’re facing the front of Paduk’s tent. There are two tables with weapons and ammo next to the tent. And also this collectible, which has a knife sticking out of it.
Collectible 5 // The Astounding Lightning Rangers!
After you receive some unexpected visitors, you’ll regain control. Instead of heading directly to the skiff, go to the middle hangar (we’re looking at it in the first image above). This collectible is sitting on a shelf(ish) contraption, just to the left of the helicopter.
