Genshin Impact guide: Relics of Seirai world quest puzzle solution

After freeing a woman from a Hilichurl attack outside of Koseki Village, Genshin Impact players start the “Relics of Seirai” world quest. Our Genshin Impact guide will walk you through starting the world quest and solving the Relics of Seirai puzzle mechanism.

To start the world quest, head to Seirai Island in Inazuma. From the Statue of the Seven on Seirai, head northeast until you see the Hilichurl pack attacking an NPC. Fight them off to free her.

Relics of Seirai puzzle

She’ll lead you to a house with some peculiar tiles outside. Step on them to open the hole in the ground.

It doesn’t matter which tile you step on first, as long as you step on the next one, going counterclockwise.

Once you drop through the hole, you’ll see many more tiles — the Relics of Seirai second puzzle.

Relics of Seirai puzzle reward

After you complete the Relics of Seirai puzzle, the chest will unlock, rewarding you with a tiny reward: a photograph. As you leave the area, you’ll get swarmed by various enemies. After taking them out, you’ll continue to the NPC’s camp, where she’ll give you a proper reward.
