‘Dimming Mushroom’s Call for Help,’ follow the water’s flow in Genshin Impact walkthrough

Where to find the source of the foul energy

As you explore The Chasm in Genshin Impact, a talking mushroom will ask you for help, sending you on a world quest. The quest, “Dimming Mushroom’s Call for Help” tells you to “follow the water’s flow” without telling you exactly where to go. Our Genshin Impact Dimming Mushroom’s Call for Help walkthrough will show you were to go to follow the water’s flow.

To “follow the water’s flow,” teleport to the Teleport Waypoint north of The Glowing Narrows, and head north. You can see the quest area on our map below.

Once you head to the location, you’ll need to fight three Abyss Mages, so be prepared to do so. After you beat them and purify the area, you’ll return to the mushroom and finish the quest.

If you still have not unlocked the mushroom’s quest, it will activate shortly after jumping down to The Glowing Narrows from the adventurers’ camp.
