Where to find the Njord’s Oarsmen treasure map

You can find the Njord’s Oarsmen treasure map in Northri Stronghold, and area in the northwestern Lake of Nine that you visit during the “Family Business” Favor.

The map is in the lower deck of the large ship where you fight the Traveler. On the dock next to the ship, you can break through the ship’s side. The treasure map scroll is inside, sitting on the ground next to a knight’s armor.

Njord’s Oarsmen buried treasure location

The Njord’s Oarsmen treasure map’s clue reads:

On my last voyage, my ship was ravaged by Thor’s thunder and storms. I had given up hope when the gentile wind of Njord parted the dark clouds and filled my sails. I have hidden my treasure up high where I can forever row with Njord’s Oarsmen.

The clue leads you to the Lake of Nine’s Njord’s Oarsmen statues, which are between Light Elf Outpost and the Council of Valkyries. (See the gallery below for the precise location.) On a ledge by the oarsman’s foot, you’ll find the telltale rubble pile.
