There’s the Clue you might have played as a kid, with ma ‘n pa, some friends, or maybe some other family members. Today’s version of Clue looks a lot different — a lot thirstier, according to some. The game is still for ages 8 and up, but features more modern-looking and diverse group of characters, the most popular of which (for PG-13 reasons I’ll leave to this 2023 post) is Chef White. The old game took on a new life thanks to social media, and you can add it to your game night collection for $16.49, which is 25% off its original price at Amazon.

Our first-look at this version of Clue had us picking out all of the little changes compared to the legacy edition, showing close ups of all the game pieces included. Tabletop editor Charlie Hall said that its overall look was, “one part Agatha Christie, two parts Knives Out.” I couldn’t agree more.
