In the first training room where you face several waves of Banished, the UNSC Audio Log The Prisoner 07 is to the right of the bunker in the center of the room, near the Warthog.

Continue through to the third training room — the one where you will probably get stuck. The Banished Audio Log Escharum’s Testimony 08 is leaning against the table with the holographic assault rifle as soon as you enter.

At the end of the level, you’ll find the pilot and Escharum. The Banished Audio Log Escharum’s Testimony 09 is behind where the pilot was being held. You can grab it before or after (or during, if you want to show off) your fight against Escharum.
