The Dolos’s Stage of Trickery Vault of Tartaros is in the Grove of Kleos region. In this Immortals Fenyx Rising guide, we’ll show you how to find the Vault Entrance location, solve defeat the enemies within, find and open the Epic Chest, and collect Zeus’s Lightning on your way out.

How to find the Dolos’s Stage of Trickery Vault entrance

Immortals Fenyx Rising’s Dolos’s Stage of Trickery vault is the first of two vaults completed while clearing Go Do Hero Things! story mission. It is easy to reach from the Goddess of Wisdom statue: Head northeast a short distance to a Quest Zone.

How to enter the Dolos’s Stage of Trickery Vault of Tartaros

1. Find a stone platform with a low altar at its center, which holds the stone carving that is Achilles’s Heel.
2. Defeat the enemies guarding the area. One of them carries a hammer with good range, so attack carefully as you clear out the group.
3. Use your Herakles’s Strength ability to lift the stone carving and carry it to the nearby statue of Achilles.
4. Drop the stone carving near the base of the statue of Achilles to complete it and cause a nearby gate to rise.
5. Head up the steps and through the opening to find the rift you can drop through to enter the vault.

How to clear the Dolos’s Stage of Trickery Vault of Tartaros

1. Cross along the ledges and climb the stairs to activate a checkpoint. Grab the healing orb to the left if you need to restore your life ahead of a coming battle.
2. Activate the lever to the right to open the double doors ahead of you.
3. Head through the doors and start across the wide area to commence your battle with several waves of enemies. They are mostly weak adversaries you should cut through quickly, except a Cyclops at the end that requires more caution.
4. There are two targets flanking the battle arena. You can shoot them to activate the strip of spikes in the center of the battleground to hurt your enemies.
5. After you defeat the Cyclops, head through the doors that open and along some platforms to reach a high ledge.

The Epic Chest and Zeus’s Lightning

1. Head around the right side of the low platform where Zeus’s Lightning is waiting and find a drop off to a lower ledge with an Epic Chest resting on it.
2. Drop to the lower ledge and stand near the Epic Chest, then face out at the gap to see moving stone columns with targets at their tops.
3. Fire a guided Apollo’s Arrow shot and direct the arrow so it passes through the torch ahead of the targets, then through each of the target rings, and finally strikes the pile of coal on the far side. It is a tremendous help if you have mastered the ability to slow the arrow’s flight so you have more control.
4. Open the Epic Chest to obtain the Headdress of Dark Victory visual.
5. Backtrack to the overhead ledge and grab Zeus’s Lightning to exit the vault.
