Despite how unrelentingly realistic Kingdom Come: Deliverance is, it still has a lot of the same trappings as most other video games. That includes earning achievements or trophies as you progress through the game.
Below, we list all 50 trophies and achievements. We broke them into three broad categories to make the list a little more understandable.
Be warned: spoilers abound below.
Story and quest-related trophies and achievements
The first category of achievements are the ones you’ll earn for playing the main and side quests. You’ll get some of these just by progressing through the game and its story. Others, you’ll have to seek out because its side quest is optional. The rest depend on the outcome of your quests.

Romance trophies and achievements
There are two options for romantic pursuits in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Well, three if you include “none of the above.” Each option earns you a trophy.

| Level Cap | Reach maximum level. |
| Merciful | Don't kill anyone during main quest line (except Runt). |

| Pilgrim | Find all wayside shrines and conciliatory crosses. |
