Luigi’s Mansion 3 guide: 9F gems guide

Luigi’s Mansion 3 9F Unnatural History Museum has six hidden gems shaped like dinosaur feet. In this guide, we’ll show you their map locations and how to find them all throughout the level.

On every floor, gems appear in the same order from left to right in the menu: clear, red, blue, green, purple, and finally yellow. We’ll follow the same order below.

9F CLEAR GEM

After the boss fight, suck up a dinosaur bone, and bring it down to the elevator hall. Launch it at the display case in the southeast corner, and capture the ghost who appears to get the 9F clear gem.

9F RED GEM

There’s a desk right in front of the elevator. Suck on the chair, and everything will flip over, revealing a chest that holds the 9F red gem.

Head to the left side of the elevator hall, and suck up all of the flowers on the right. Use your flash on the green bulb that the flowers obscured on the pillar. That’ll reveal a safe at the end of the hallway. Use your flash on that, and you’ll get the 9F blue gem.

9F GREEN GEM

After the boss fight, suck up a dinosaur bone, and bring it down to the elevator hall. Launch it at the dinosaur bones hanging near the elevator to find the 9F green gem.

9F PURPLE GEM

After the boss fight, suck up a dinosaur bone, and bring it down to the elevator hall. Launch it at the display case in the southwest corner to break the glass. Shine your Dark-Light at the empty display case to make the 9F purple gem appear.

9F YELLOW GEM

After the boss fight, suck up a dinosaur bone, and bring it down to the elevator hall. Turn to your right as soon as you enter, and launch the bone at the first display case you see to get the 9F yellow gem.
