In Metroid Dread, you’ll be doing a lot of exploring and backtracking. In this guide, we’ll show you maps of every area: Artaria, Cataris, Dairon, Burenia, Ferenia, Ghavoran, Elun, Hanubia, and Itorash.

Metroid Dread Artaria map

Metroid Dread’s Artaria is the first area you’ll explore. Here, you’ll battle Corpius and collect your first suit upgrades — the Charge Beam, Spider Magnet, and Phantom Cloak.

Metroid Dread Cataris map

After Metroid Dread’s Artaria, you’ll head into Cataris. We’ll battle Kraid and pick up the Morph Ball, Wide Beam, and Diffusion Beam upgrades.

Metroid Dread Dairon map

After defeating Metroid Dread’s Kraid boss, you’ll head (back) into Dairon. We’ll be battle the Robot Chozo Soldier and pick up the Morph Ball Bomb, Flash Shift, Speed Booster, and Grapple Beam suit upgrades.

Metroid Dread Burenia map

In our Metroid Dread’s Burenia walkthrough, we’ll help you navigate the map and give you tips and tricks for beating the Drogyga boss fight.

Metroid Dread Ghavoran map

Metroid Dread’s Ghavoran is an underground forest. While here, we’ll defeat another Robot Chozo Soldier and pick up the Super Missile suit upgrade.

Metroid Dread Ferenia map

We’ve been to Metroid Dread’s Ferenia briefly before. This time, we’ll take on Escue, Twin Robot Chozo Soldier, and another Chozo Solider and pick up the Storm Missiles, Space Jump, and Gravity Suit suit upgrades.

Metroid Dread Elun map

Elun is a small area, but it prepares us for a trip back to Ghavoran with a new upgrade. We’ll defeat a couple Chozo Soldiers and pick up the Plasma Beam, Spin Boost, Ice Missile, and Pulse Radar suit upgrades.

Metroid Dread Hanubia map

Hanubia brings us nearly to the end of the game. We’ll take on Experiment No. Z-57, Twin Robot Chozo Soldier (again), Golzuna, Chozo Soldier (again), and an Elite Chozo Soldier and pick up the Screw Attack and Cross Bomb suit upgrades.

Metroid Dread Itorash map

Metroid Dread’s Itorash is the final area of the game. We’ll finally take on Raven Beak — and Raven Beak X — and make it to the credits.
