Blizzard Entertainment is summoning Black Friday deals a little early on the Blizzard Store, offering deals on just about every Blizzard game (and a couple of Activision ones). PC gamers can get games like Diablo 3, Overwatch, and World of Warcraft on sale for up to 50 percent off the standard price.

Latecomers can also buy a BlizzCon 2019 Virtual Ticket for $42.49, down from $49.99, if they need those Warcraft-inspired Overwatch skins, half off a new subscription to World of Warcraft, and a pair of Heroes of the Storm character bundles for 79 percent off.

Here are some of the other highlights from Blizzard’s Black Friday sale:

If Call of Duty’s your thing, you can also snag the PC versions of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare at a discount (20 percent off of the Operation Editions) or Black Ops 4 for between 50 and 60 percent off.

Instead of buying something from them, is there a way to send Blizzard a card telling them to get fucked?

You can probably just grab their mailing address from their site, but it would just cost you money and be absolutely trivial to them so I don’t see what you’d actually get out of it

It might feel good, at the very least

The only store link in the post goes to https://us.shop.battle.net/en-us which you can probably see has no affiliate code attached to it.

Is the affiliate revenue this article will generate really worth it, Polygon?

Polygon only cares about morals when complaining about video games, when it comes to their bottom line they couldn’t give less of a shit.

The subheading is "Give Blizzard less money this holiday season". Unfortunately, I haven’t bought anything from Blizzard for a couple years now, so there’s no way I could spend less money this holiday season unless they were somehow willing to refund all those lootbox purchases I stupidly made back then.

To be fair, editorial and marketing decisions are probably two separate things, and the margins on running any kind of blog are pretty damn tight. And then it’s not like Polygon had any passionate editorials about the absolute injustice of Blizzard’s actions – they just kind of covered it like a regular gaming news item. So while I definitely would prefer not to see this advertorial on their site, it’s not like hypocrisy is specifically what’s going on here.

And yet fucking somehow nobody has bitten the bullet and said they were wrong about what they did to Blitzchung.

I have wanted PvE Overwatch and D4 for years, and fuck Blizzard if they don’t get their Goddamn house in order.

$90 for WoW complete? This sounds like it’s meant for people who are super passionate and want multiple accounts, because you can get Battle for Azeroth relatively cheap and it includes all previous expansions

Sounds like it includes BfA, a heroic edition of Shadowlands and probably a month game time too.
