Pokémon Go is having a Supereffective Week event in-game to celebrate battling and help players out.

Shiny Tentacool and Tentacruel are also finally joining the game during this event and will be spawning for lucky players.

A single event Field Research requiring players to “use a supereffective Charged Attack in a gym battle” will reward a Tentacool with a chance for it to be Shiny.

Until Nov. 26 at 4 p.m. ET, players will get doubled Stardust from trainer battles, as well as more potions and revives from PokéStops to help their teams stay in good shape. Charged TMs will also drop guaranteed from three-star raids.

To make the most of the event, consider doing three-star raids if you need Charge TMs. Spawns for Machop, Murkrow, Rhyhorn, Swinub, Teddiursa, Tentacool, Torchic, Gastly, and Shroomish have been boosted according to The Silph Road subreddit, so if you need any of those Pokémon or their candy, now is the time to head to your local Pokémon Go spot. These Pokémon are good counters against Team Rocket. If you’ve been struggling against the Team Rocket NPCs, consider catching these and leveling them up.
