It’s Friend Fest in Pokémon Go until Dec. 2 at 4 p.m. ET, meaning it’s time to share the love among your friends.
Family-themed Pokémon like Nidoran and their evolutions are spawning at a higher rate. Pokémon and Pokémon that evolve into multi-headed forms, like Combee, Diglett, Magnemite, and Doduo, are also spawning at a higher rate. If you don’t have a Vespiquen yet, this is a good chance to grab Combee candy. (Note that Vespiquen only evolves from female Combee.)
This event features halved Stardust cost for trading and you can do two special trades a day. You also gain an attack boost when running raids with friends. Terrakion, a pretty solid rock-type attacker, is in raids right now, so friends should be able to take it down pretty easily, since it has a plethora of weaknesses.
There’s also a handful of Field Research for this event that rewards event-related Pokémon.
